SELF-CRUST MILK TART

Preheat oven 160 Grease a nice big pie dish

Melt 25ml butter or margarine
Separate 3 Xtra large eggs
Beat butter, yolks and 3/4 cup sugar well - sift 3/4 cup cake flour, 5 ml baking powder 1ml salt - Add to sugar mixture and mix well
Add 3 cups milk gradually and beat well - beat egg whites until stiff, but not too dry, fold lightly into mixture with METAL SPOON
Pour into dish, sprinkle cinnamon on top - Bake +- 75 mins until set - leave to stand before serving. - Serves 12 (Big hey but if you like Milk Tart its great) Enjoy Enjoy.
