Whoever said having kids was easy? Its damn hard work especially when one of them is teething and the other one is potty training.
Sebastian has been hard hard work for the last few days. Today I have resorted to carrying him around in the "Baby Bjorn" as this is the only way to keep him from his constant crying. I have to keep moving though or he gets upset so typing this is also a problem, not to mention that Timothy (the cat) has decided that my chair is his chair and the moment I stand up he jumps in so now I have half a chair, a baby strapped to my front and Joshua who needs to pee NOW!!!
But I wouldn't have it any other way. Well maybe the cat could move elsewhere.
Ahhh poor you!! And I thought I had it bad!! Morenike won't take formula, and is being just like Sebastian the last couple of days, wants to be carried constantly! She has also taken to sucking a finger, or rather her knuckle. She prefers it to the dummy! She couldn't be teething yet surely!? Off to health visitor now, to she how much she has gained this week, she is quite podgy now! Courage Janine, courage!
I knew you would have lots of fun - having two under 3 years old. Its only crazy demanding frazzling for the first 4 years and then it gets better until they get to be teenagers!!!!!! Thats when grandparents get their own back.
Also Janine darling, they grow up so fast, you dont think so now, but you will see, so keep the sense of humour flag flying and it will all be worth it.
Ah....jeez...I feel for you! I hope you get a chance to have some free mommy time this weekend!
