Blood and Superglue

We have had to incidents in the past 2 days the first was when Joshua got out of the bath and Tarryn wrapped him up in all snug in his towel. Joshua then ran down the passage to catch up to Tarryn and tripped ovet the towel. Being that he was wrapped up all snug as a bug in a rug he went full on flat into his face and could not put his hands out to stop himself. He cut his lip with his tooth and had his first blood nose. OH MY WORD did he cry and of course T and I were almost in tears aswell.

Then today I am running them a bath and I call Joshua who comes walking up the passage with a bottle of superglue in his mouth and he is busy sucking it out. Yes silly me left it on the window sill and he climbed up and got hold of it *no comments allowed on this*. Anyway thank our lucky stars that when superglue comes into contact with saliva it congeals and goes hard. I managed to get to him and hold his mouth open so his lips did not stick together and wet that part to get it off. There was some on his tongue too and that came off no problem and a whole ball of it stuck to the top of his mouth inside. And that come out without too much hassle. OH MY GOD that was lucky it all come out ok without causing any damage.

Apart from that doing well. Am going to be doing the website for the company we work for so that is nice really excited about that. Bit worried as my laptop is giving me grief though - spent the whole day working on it and got nothing done as most of my time was spent waiting for it to load things and crashing. When I open big files in photoshop and do some work on them it freaks out and either crashes or just takes aggggeesssss to do what it needs to do. I can go have coffee while I wait for it to sort itself out.

Just making myself feel better.

I have just read this and nearly had a fit!!!!!!!!!
I wish to FORMALLY echo everything your sister has said. Janine You HAVE to make sure that bad stuff is locked away. OMG this could have been.... well lets not go there. But I can imagine how it freaked you out. Puleeeez check everything all the time to see if theres anything bad lying around. I do appreciate though that you shared this with us. You must have all needed rescue. This child has a full time guardian angel or maybe a few of them!!!!!! Thank God!!!!!!!!

OK - which part of no comments about the glue did you two not understand *slaps them* - I already feel bad enough and do not need the lecture. Do not mean to be rude *slaps self*. Anyway still thanking my lucky stars it all turned out okay.

We used the pegasus calming as could not find the rescue. But JOshua was not stressed at all. Only from the fall did he cry and then he got pegasus calming and it worked a dream. AMAZING !!!

What is PEGASUS calming?????????????

Its a homeopathic calming thing that I got from south africa - the company called Pegasus has made up different remedies and named them for what their use is rather than calling them after the ingredients - so they are easy to use and 100% safe and natural for kids from birth. WORK WONDERS - the sleep one too.
