The stewardess heated up the milk and I gave that to Sebastain and Joshua was watching planes out the window and then when we started to travel to the runway they both fell asleep and slept most of the way. But Joshua was sooooo happy to be in a plane.
We took a ride to Asda and Joshua got to push his own trolley around he was like a little maniac running around. He ran off to look for Tarryn and we almost lost him, he was missing for about 55 seconds and we were almost in a panic. I joined Weight Watchers at the Marriot Hotel and then spent the rest of the day eating myself silly in preparation for the dieting as it starts in the morning. The woman who runs it seems very nice. Good thing is I weigh enough to get 22 points a day LOL.
We found a TV and video no-one was using and have borrowed it - we only have 3 channels though as there is no remote so we cannot tune it in - but it gets channel 4 so I can at least watch Friends on a Friday. Joshua is going through the Fox & The Hound stage and calls it "Baba Dog" - its all he wants to watch and was watching it on my laptop as its on DVD - but we found Tarryns X-Box when unpacking so now we have hooked it up to the TV and we know it almost by heart now. Its so weird that he is doing all the same things Cameron did - so at least I know what to look forward to. Buzz Lightyear this time next year.
We start working on Monday and will just sit low and watch for 2 weeks and then jump in and start working - we are still not sure what we are going to do kids wise but it looks like we will try and work different times as much as possible so we can look after the kids ourselves. And T says I do not have to work too much next week. Yehaa :o)
Just wish I had the internet. At least I have the PC setup and we get a phone line next week on Monday so I can get online with a dial up service. Can only apply for broadband once we have the phone line and they have run tests on it.
FatCat had a bit of a tummy issue this afternoon and I came around and he got a fright and jumped out the cat box midway through and boy did I have cleaning to do, his tummy was upset and it went waist hight up the one wall - ughhhhhhhhhhhh. They are used to a closed in cat box that is more private. I also had to pick him straight up and bath his back end - ughhhhhhhhhhhh again. Then I brushed them all and so they are all nice and groomed again after their long trip. But lets hope that it does not happen again.

We took a drive into Aberdeen itself today, its only a few miles from here. And past the beach - yes there is a beach, and ice rink (YAY), funfare, rollercoaster and lots more all down by the beach for summertime I guess. Can't wait to go to the ice rink, wonder if I will still be any good at it LOL - it has only been about 23 years - mmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Trying to get a temporary phone connection - going to link into the fax line for the travel inn and then at least have some form of an internet connection for a few days so I can update my website and send a few e-mails. Then when we get the phone line on Monday I will have my own line and can apply for broadband from there.
Going to go down to Asda in a bit, need to get some more baby food and see about fixing a TV they have here so we can use it in the flat - hopefully will get to program in some more channels on this one.
